Measurements and Floor Plans

We provide a full range of measurement and floor plan services.  All of our floor plan orders include a standard floor plan with interior walls fixtures and appliances as well as a GLA report so you can see exactly how our calculations were made along with what was included/excluded.  3D floor plans and 3D fly through videos can be added for an extra fee. Our measurements comply with ANSI Z765-2021 standards as required by most lenders and professional organizations.  See below for real examples of each type of plan we offer.
